Job Description:
Phone based representative for customer service for a large energy & automation division.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries/requests regarding products/services
Investigate and resolve semi-complex problems
Supports order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling, filing, and order entry
Requirements:
2
years customer service experience
Excellent phone communication and customer service
Multi-tasking abilities a must
SAP experience a plus
