Industrial Maintenance Technician (4-10's Schedule with Weekends)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at our Lebanon Ohio facility.
This position reports to our Maintenance Manager.
We are looking for someone that is interested in working a base schedule of four ten-hour days a week with at least one of those days being Saturday or Sunday.
As part of your job, you will have to complete all maintenance functions including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, while promoting and practicing safety at all times, and contributing to the continuous improvement of plant equipment by finding ways to eliminate unscheduled downtime and improve efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining and repairing all production equipment and industrial facilityWorking independently and as a team memberAssisting production in manufacturing on an as-needed basisUpdating and maintaining accurate maintenance recordsMaintaining work area in 5S condition Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Problem Solving Self Motivation Industrial Production Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
