Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years of Operational Data Center Experience Experience troubleshooting batteries, chillers, and hyperscalers Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) Extensive experience with mechanical HVAC Comfortable implementing BMS/EPMS training to include mechanical plant management, utilization validation, and report/trend generation. Ability to prioritize and manage resources under high pressure Assist in FRG led Root Cause Analysis. This candidate will be responsible for taking alerts and events and processing the information, pre/post documentation of the incident, remote accessing into systems, and guiding the correct assisting teams to a successful resolution all while effectively communicating with multiple levels of personnel. The Facilities Reliability Group technician will have to develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization, being an ally to all. Insight Global is looking for someone to be comfortable working from Lebanon, OH for 12 hour shifts with 3 days on and 4 days off rotating every 12 weeks.
